BlogHer13 Sponsorship!

Next year, the BlogHer Conference is headed to the Midwest of Chicago, Illinois. One of my favorite cities that I remember visiting as a child.

Being the eager beaver I am, as with everything I take on, I want to learn everything there is to know about blogging. It only makes sense then, that I have made it a goal to get myself there next year.

This would be my first BlogHer in attendance, and it would absolutely become a dream come true for me to be able to go. BlogHer is the largest Blogging conference available with over 3000 in attendance. In 2012, keynote speakers included Katie Couric, Martha Stewart, and an opening address from President Barack Obama.

What can I offer in return, you may be asking? Here are the different sponsorship opportunities that you can choose from:

Expenses expected for BlogHer: (Heh I tried to be creative and come up with horse related terms to name these packages..)

Option 1: Board Me!

Hotel Stay at the host hotel, Sheraton Chicago- from July 24th-28th for four nights would be about $1,000. This price would go down significantly with roommates.

With the Board Me Option, I will have your button under “BlogHer 13 Sponsors” for the entire month of July, plus a “Featured Sponsor” post before Blog Her, and a sponsored post 2 weeks after BlogHer. Also, 1 facebook post per each day at BlogHer, and 3 tweets per day, as well as your logo on the back of my business cards. I will also wear a t-shirt, with your company logo for one day at the conference.

Option 2: Get Me Through the Gate!

BlogHer ’13 Full Conference Pass: $403.94

With the “Get Me Through the Gate!” option I will have your button under “BlogHer 13 Sponsors” for the entire month of July, plus a “Featured Sponsor” post before BlogHer. Also, 1 Facebook post and 1 Tweet while at the conference, as well as your logo on the back of my business cards.

Option 3: Get Me Shipped There!

Transportation costs include airfare and cab fare to and from the airport. $500-$600

With the “Get Me Shipped There!” option I will have your button under “BlogHer’13 Sponsors” for the entire month of July, plus a “Featured Sponsor” post before BlogHer. Also, 1 Facebook post and 2 Tweets per day while at the conference, as well as your logo on the back of my business cards.

Option 4: Care Package!

Food and any other miscellaneous expenses: 60 dollars per day- Total $300

With the “Care Package!” option I will have your button under “BlogHer 13 Sponsors” for the entire month of July, plus a “Featured Sponsor” post before BlogHer. Also, 1 Facebook post and 1 Tweet while at the conference, as well as your logo on the back of my business cards.

Option 5: Tack Me Up!

Conference attire, Party Dress, Shoes and Accessories provided by you $ varies

With the “Tack Me Up” option, I will have your button under “BlogHer’13 Sponsors” for the entire month of July, plus a “Featured Sponsor” post before BlogHer. Also, your choice of either Facebook posts and or Tweets promoting your store/designs/website while at the conference, as well as your logo on the back of my business cards.

Option 6: Connect Me!

Netbook, laptop, tablet or iPad to carry around the conference to blog/tweet/Facebook- $ varies

With the “Connect Me option” I will have your button under “BlogHer’13 Sponsors” for the entire month of July, plus a “Featured Sponsor” post before BlogHer. Also, your choice of either Facebook posts and or Tweets promoting your store/designs/website while at the conference, as well as your logo on the back of my business cards. I will also wear a t-shirt, with your company logo for one day at the conference.

Option 7: Fully Sponsor Me!

With this option, you would be my one and only sponsor, and you would be providing all of the above. With the Fully Sponsor Me, option, I will have your Banner at the top of my website for the entire month of June, July, and August , plus 2 “Featured Sponsor” posts before BlogHer, and a Sponsored Post 2 weeks after BlogHer, as well as one 3 weeks after. Also, your name mentioned in EVERY Facebook and Twitter post made by me about BlogHer, as well as your logo on the front of my business cards. I will also wear a t-shirt, with your company logo for two days at the conference.

I am willing to negotiate on all accounts, if you would like different advertising options, just ask and I’m positive that we can work something out to your liking.

The total cost will be around $2,500-$3,000 dollars.
